Steps
On Clients, everyone you are onboarding sits in the Onboarding column.
Open the client. The Onboarding hub card counts the steps done and marks each one Waiting on you, Waiting on client, Locked, Done or Skipped. The line under the steps says when the client last opened their link.
Home lists what needs you across every client under Needs you, including onboarding steps: Payment to confirm, Kickoff to confirm, Accounts to approve and Strategy changes.
Each step the client finishes sends a notification, such as when they sign or say they've paid.
Notifications onboarding sends
- A step is done: the client signed, read the welcome packet, sent the intake, connected their accounts or booked the kickoff call.
- The client says they've paid.
- The client approved the strategy, or sent changes.
- The client finished onboarding.
- Rolly finished call notes, an audit or a strategy draft.
Clients who go quiet
If a client does nothing for 3 days, they get a reminder email, and a last one 7 days after that. If they are still quiet a week later, you get a notification that they have gone quiet on onboarding, and the hub card says both reminders went unanswered. Stop reminders on the card turns the emails off for that client.
