The client's link becomes their portal for approving posts, and you move them to Active.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Onboarding is complete when the client finishes the last step, here approving the strategy.

  2. The client opens the strategy from their link and approves it.

  3. From now on, the same link opens the client's portal. Posts you send for their approval show up at the top, and Coming next shows what is scheduled.

  4. See the full calendar opens the brand's calendar. Your agreement and files keeps the signed agreement and the files from onboarding, and Your setup shows the finished steps.

  5. On the client's record, the Onboarding hub card says Every step is done, and you get a notification that the client finished onboarding.

  6. Click Move to Active. An active client needs its retainer: the monthly amount, the currency, posts a month and platforms.

  7. Enter the Retainer a month, how many posts a month and the platforms you cover, then click Move to Active.

  8. The client moves to Active and counts towards your monthly retainers on the board. The hub card now says when the client last opened their portal.

The portal

The portal uses the same link as the hub, so your client needs nothing new. It shows the posts you ask them to approve, what is scheduled next and the brand's calendar, where they can comment. They can approve a post only when you name them as its approver.

Ending the relationship

Moving a client to Ended offers to revoke the onboarding hub, so the link stops working, and to revoke their portal access and connect links. Revoke portal access in the client's menu does the same later.
