Rolly drafts a month of content from the calls, the intake and the deal, and you edit it before your client sees it.

Before you start
Steps
Open the client. Once the kickoff call is set, the Approve the strategy step waits on you.
Click Add strategy on the step.
Choose Draft it with Rolly. To send a strategy you wrote yourself, choose Use your own and upload it or paste a link.
Under What should it focus on?, add a line if there is something to push. Built from lists what Rolly reads: the intake and brand knowledge, a pre-sale audit, Instagram insights, the deal, the brand voice and any call notes. Untick what it should leave out.
Set the Month. If the deal has no post count yet, also set Posts a month and the Platforms the strategy covers.
Click Draft now. The strategy opens and Rolly writes it, usually in a minute or two.
The draft sets out content pillars, the month at a glance, how you will film it and how you will know it is working. Edit changes any part, and Regenerate a section asks Rolly to redo one part.
When it reads right, click Send to Ana. It opens in the client's hub for them to approve or send changes, and they get an email.
Before you send it
Edit changes the draft in place, and Regenerate a section asks Rolly to redo one part, with an optional note on what to change. Preview as shows it as your client will see it, and Share as PDF gives you a copy to send another way.
Without onboarding
Draft a strategy in the Calls and notes card drafts one at any time, for clients who are not onboarding too.
Better drafts
Rolly works from what it is given. Notes from your discovery call, a finished intake and a brand voice all make the draft more specific.
