Before you start

Steps

  1. Your client opens the link from their onboarding email, or the one you sent with Copy hub link. They don't need an account.

  2. The hub greets them by name, lists every step and opens on the first one they need to do.

  3. Read and sign opens the agreement. The client can open the PDF in a new tab to read it in full.

  4. They type their full name, or switch to Draw and sign with a finger or the mouse, then tick I agree to sign this agreement electronically.

  5. Sign the agreement emails them a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes.

  6. They type the code from the email, and the agreement is signed as soon as the last digit goes in. Both of you then get the signed PDF with its signing record by email, and they can open it from the hub any time.

  7. Next comes the first invoice. Pay opens your payment link in a new tab, with the amount and what it is for.

  8. After paying, they tap I've paid. The next steps open once you confirm the payment on your side.

  9. Once you confirm the payment, the next step opens: your welcome packet.

  10. Read it shows the packet. They open it, then tap I've read it.

  11. Your setup takes them back to the list, where the brand intake is next.

  12. They answer the questions from your intake form. Answers save as they type, so they can stop and come back.

  13. Check and send shows their answers on one page before they send them to you.

  14. They click Send with your studio's name on it and land back on their list of steps. If something is missing, you can send it back with a note.

  15. Connect accounts lists the platforms you asked for. Accounts already connected to the brand show as Connected. They can also send the step to whoever holds the login with Send to someone.

  16. Connect opens a page with a button for each platform left, and each one opens that platform's own sign-in page, so nobody sees their password. You approve each account before it is used. When every platform is in, the step is done.

  17. For the kickoff call, Book the call shows Pick a time, which opens your booking link in a new tab.

  18. Once they have booked, they tap I've booked. You confirm the time on your side.

  19. When you send your strategy, it opens in the hub. They get an email too, and Open the strategy shows it.

  20. They click Approve the strategy, or type what they would change and click the Send my changes to button with your name on it, which sends it back to you.

  21. When the last step is done, the same link opens their portal, where posts come for approval.

What your client needs

Only the link. There is no account to create, and everything saves as they go, so they can stop and come back to the same link.

Signing

The code works for 10 minutes. They can ask for a new one after 30 seconds, up to 5 times an hour, and have 5 tries at each code.

Steps that wait on you

  • Pay: the next steps open once you confirm the payment.
  • Kickoff call: you confirm the booked time. Without a booking link, they wait for you to send a time.
  • Approve the strategy: opens when you send the strategy.

Accounts someone else holds

On Connect accounts, Send to someone emails the connect link to whoever holds a login, such as a colleague or a freelancer.
