Steps

  1. Open Client intake in the brand's menu and click Send intake.

  2. Pick a questionnaire. Write the questions yourself makes one for this client only.

  3. Read through the questions, a tab per section. Untick any that don't apply to this client, and fill in anything your team already knows so they aren't asked.

  4. Under Who is this for?, enter the client's name. Add Their email and tick Email the link to them now if you want SocioRolla to send it.

  5. Click Create link, then Copy and send it to your client. A link lasts 30 days unless you choose otherwise.

  6. Your client opens the link without signing in. They see how many questions there are and roughly how long it takes, and their answers save as they go.

  7. They click Start.

  8. They answer one section at a time. Questions marked with a dot need an answer, but they can carry on and come back to them.

  9. Next moves on to the following section.

  10. On the last section they click Check and send, read their answers back and send them to you.

  11. When they send their answers, you get a notification and the intake shows as Submitted in Client intake.

  12. Open the intake's menu and click Review answers. Answers that fill an empty knowledge field are ticked and ready to apply, while ones that would replace something already there wait for your call.

  13. Untick or Waive anything you don't want, then click Apply. The ticked answers go into the brand's knowledge base, where Rolly uses them.

Questionnaires

SocioRolla comes with a full brand questionnaire. Manage templates on the Send an intake page keeps your own: one on the Essential plan, as many as you like on Pro and Max. When you send one, you can turn off questions that don't apply and fill in anything your team already knows.

Sending the link yourself or by email

Add their email and tick Email the link to them now, or create the link and send it however you like. A link lasts 30 days unless you choose 7 days or no expiry, and Give them 30 more days in the intake's menu extends it.

Reminders

If you gave their email, a client who stops answering gets a reminder after three quiet days and one more a week later, never more than two.

Connecting accounts too

Also let them connect their social accounts adds a connect link to the thank-you page. You approve each account before it can post.

Every brand's intakes

Client intake in the workspace menu lists every intake you've sent, across all your brands.

Onboarding clients

If you onboard clients with the onboarding hub, the intake is one of its steps, and you review the answers from the client's hub.
