Steps
Open the brand's Calendar and click Share.
Enter your client's email, and their name if you like.
Choose what they can do: Can comment, Can approve and Can upload media. Under What can they see?, pick all posts, this week, this month or a custom range.
Pick how long the link works under Link expires, then click Send invite. Your client gets an email with their link.
Your client opens the link from the email without signing in and sees the calendar, with only the posts you shared.
They click a post to read it. A post waiting for approval shows Approve, Reject and Request changes if you let them approve.
They can leave a comment under any post they can see. You're notified, and the comment shows on the post in SocioRolla.
Back in Share, each client is listed with their link's state. Edit access changes what they can do or see, Resend invite sends the link again, and Revoke access turns it off.
What else you can share
Posts, projects and notes each have their own Share. A shared post can be reviewed and approved, a project can be followed and commented on, and a note can be read.
What your client can't do
They can't create, edit or delete anything. Can upload media lets them add files to a post they can see.
When the link runs out
A link lasts 7 days, 3 days or for good. When it has expired, the client's row says so, and Resend invite gives them access again. A client you revoked can be let back in with Reinstate access.
Who can be a client
Someone who is already in your workspace can't be added as a client. Give them access from your team settings instead.
