Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Calendar in the sidebar. Each scheduled post sits on its day with its platform's icon, and the arrows at the top right move between months. Drafts aren't on the calendar; they stay under Posts.

  2. Week shows every post of the week with its time, and Agenda lists what's coming up in order. Month brings you back.

  3. Drag a post onto another day to move it. It keeps its time of day. Scheduled and failed posts can be moved, but not onto a day that has passed.

  4. Click a post to open it. The panel shows the media, caption and time, and each platform it goes to. More actions has Edit, Duplicate, Share for review and Delete.

  5. To start a post on a particular day, hover over the day and click +, then New post. The composer opens with that day already picked. Quick idea saves a note on the day instead.

What the calendar shows

Scheduled posts, posts waiting for approval, and posts that are publishing, published, partly published or failed, while drafts stay in Posts. The filter button next to Agenda narrows it to some platforms or statuses, and shows your ideas.

Moving posts

Scheduled and failed posts can be dragged to another day, and keep their time of day. A post with a different time on each platform has one chip per platform, and dragging one moves only that platform.

Busy days

A day shows three posts and a + more link that opens the whole day, and Week shows every post.

On the Free plan

You can schedule up to the end of the current month, so later days take no new or moved posts.
