1:00 PM wouldn't reflect after scheduling.

I was scheduling a post for tomorrow at 1:00 PM, but after scheduling, I noticed it was 3:00 PM instead. I tried many times, but it wouldn't budge. When I decided to make a video on it and try changing PM to AM and back to PM, it finally reflected.
Steps to reproduce
Changed PM to AM and back to PM before 15:00/1:00 PM reflected as the scheduled time.
