# Find your way around the app

Where everything lives: Home for the whole workspace, and a sidebar for each brand's content, audience and work.

## Steps

1. Inside a brand you start on the **Dashboard**: what is scheduled today, a few counts, recent posts and **Your first steps**.

2. The brand switcher at the top of the sidebar moves you between brands. Everything under it in the sidebar belongs to the brand you picked.

3. **Content** holds the **Calendar**, the list of **Posts**, the **Feed** of what you have published and the media **Library**.

4. **Audience** holds the **Inbox** for comments and messages, **Automations** that reply for you, and **Analytics**.

5. **Work** holds **Projects** and **Notes** for the tasks around your posts. **Brand** holds the **Knowledge base**, where you describe the brand's voice and audience, and **Client intake**.

6. The search bar at the top opens a command menu. Type to jump to a page, or to start something new such as a post, a project, a note or a brand. Press **Cmd K** (Ctrl K on Windows) to open it from any page.

7. **Rolly**, the AI assistant, opens from the top bar. It drafts posts in the brand's voice and answers questions about the brand. Rolly is on the Pro and Max plans.

8. The bell opens your notifications: approval requests, comments and mentions, tasks assigned to you, posts that published or failed, and accounts that need reconnecting.

9. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar for your **Account**, **Workspace settings** (team and billing), **Brand settings** (connected accounts) and dark mode.

10. Click the logo to go to **Home**, which covers the whole workspace: every brand, what needs your attention, and your clients and templates.

### Sections that depend on your plan

On the Free plan, sections that need a paid plan stay in the sidebar but greyed out, and hovering one says it is on a higher plan. Rolly is on Pro and Max.

### Dark mode

Switch between light and dark from your menu, or with the moon icon at the top right.
